Create metro style banners using photoshop

Having a depth browsing I found that people are crazy about the Windows 8 interface and love to create metro style stuff.Even,I love it too.But,sometimes getting stuck while choosing colours,font family,font-size,letter spacing and all these factors stops a person to create a innovative stuff using Photoshop like this simple and sleek banner.So lets begin!

Intructions

• Open Photoshop (I'm using CS5)
• Create a new banner of the following settings.

• Now use paint tool and colour the canvas of light blue (#00b3ff).

• Now create a text box in center and the make the text align to center.

• Now ,write your text with the font-family of Segoe UI light version(you can download it from here).
• Use the following settings for Text style.This one is the most tricky part.

• After all the settings your banner will look like this one.
