Google has given a great tool in the form of Google Webmaster Tools.Webmaster tools gives high end stats about your site and site search engine visibility.Each and every link of your site status you will find here.Not only this but it provides a tool called Structured Data Testing Tool it provides the look which will shows when someone searches for a specific URL.

However,you can add a professional look in that search result of your site with Google webmasters,so lets begin.

However,thats what I call a complete search result,but the site links sometimes show vertically,anyhow lets see how to do this amazing settings.

Confirm you are author

Authorship confirmation is the step that add your Google + profile and your picture in search result.The best way to confirm your authorship is to add Google Plus badge to your blog.Google Plus badge is available in Blogger widgets and it could also be created on this page.

It will not updated on search result instantly,but it will take about 24 to 48 hours to update on Google servers.This badge will not only help to verify your authorship but helps to get more followers on Google Plus.

Add site links

The site links could be added through Google Webmaster Tools,it have a option of Sitelinks.To go to that option,go to Google Webmaster Tools,click on your blog from the list,then click on the Search Appearance on left sidebar and click sitelinks.

Just add any link of your site in the field given and click demote,add some important links and your site links will be complete.But it will take about a month to update your search results.
