How to setup POP3 E-mail in Android E-mail app?

POP3 E-mail setting sometimes confuse a Android users.POP3 e-mail refers to a communication protocol that is used to retrieve emails from a mail server to the client’s machine.These POP3 e-mail settings requires the server settings to set the POP3 e-mail in your Android device in order to sync the data frequently and creates ease of sending e-mails.So lets have a look at the steps below:

First click on Add account

Then add the E-mail and the password set on the server.If you want to set this account as default while sending e-mail then check the check box below declaring this setting.Then click Next.

Then click on POP3

The Username and Password will be already set that is your e-mail and its password.But,POP3 server and port you will find from the server provider,under server setup.

Then add SMTP Server and Port that you will find from the server provider,in e-mail manager.The port is a numeric value that also you will find from the same location as SMTP server.

After that,give a name to account that will show on your Android device and also the name which will be shown to other when you will send the E-mail as sender.
