I always appreciated the kick start of a personal blog, because personal bloggers I think always been an inspiration for me; their blogs seems simply cool and have amazing design that doesn't ditches a person to leave the reading. I heard a quote in movie 'The Social Networks' says that 'putting ads in a website seems like to invite someone in party and time is only till 11 O' clock' (not exactly). So clean blogs attracts most, at-least to me.
